Sweet Dreamz has pineapple, containing melatonin which may help you sleep and regulate your sleep cycle. It also contains bromelain to help relax your muscles and reduce inflammation. Tart cherries also contain melatonin as well as tryptophan, which is a precursor to melatonin. Chamomile may act as a mild sedative, relaxing the nervous system and promoting restful sleep.
 
Juices are made fresh. They can last in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, and can be frozen for up to two months. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice for your order. Larger orders may take up to 5 days.
