Happy Mother's Day to all the beautiful Moms out there!

Today, we're going to talk about methylation.

Methylation is the process that keeps the brain’s chemistry in balance. It is one of the most important processes in the body. It’s how your body keeps thousands of neurotransmitters, hormones, and other essential biochemicals in balance. A billion ‘methylation’ reactions every second! Faulty methylation is linked to a number of mental states and conditions including depression, memory loss, and more.

First, it’s important to keep homocysteine levels in check. The higher your ‘H’ level, the more trouble your methylation process is in. The ideal homocysteine level should be no higher than 7. You can test your homocysteine levels with a blood test that will tell you the amount of homocysteine in your body. Next, we need to ensure that you’re getting enough methylation-friendly nutrients. I can help you with that. Click here to book your 90 minute intake, and take the first step on your path to wellness.
